I have been on the hunt for THE hot spinach and artichoke dip recipe. I was first introduced to it at Olive Garden. I wasn’t entirely sure of it the first time but it grew on me. Now, in my search, I’ve tried the heat and eat variety from my grocer’s frozen section. I’ve tried Tastefully Simple’s version. And then Robyn and at Add a Pinch posted this.
I was so excited – my first homemade go at this dip! I served it with tortilla chips as a side to a recipe of chicken and pineapple that I cannot find anywhere – otherwise I’d be posting about it too! Then we reheated leftovers and snacked on over a weekend. It was good but had a little too much mayo for my taste. I haven’t had a chance yet to go back and play with the portions of ingredients to see if I can get it more to my liking. So I’m still on the hunt for THE recipe. Maybe I’ll have to suck it up and do a search for Olive Garden’s!
