Makes 12
- 1 lb plain or whole-wheat pizza dough*
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- olive oil
- melted butter
- chopped parsley
- salt
- Tear 1 pound plain or whole-wheat pizza dough(thawed according to package directions) into 12 pieces and place in the cups of a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Divide 4 cloves chopped garlic among the pieces of dough, pressing them into the centers. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 425° F until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes.
- Toss in a bowl with melted butter and chopped parsley; season with salt.
*If frozen, thaw it beforehand according to package directions.
** If using instant dough, do not let sit for th 30 minutes. Just make it as the package instructs.

As I’ve done before, I just use the instant pizza dough. Love it! And then I kinda sprinkle the chopped garlic over the dough, let them fall where they may and then smoosh ’em in a bit. Yes, smoosh is a technical term in my kitchen!
