I have trouble liking very many home breaded chicken dishes. I don’t know what it is. But this one, from Ashley at Hem & Her, I am pretty darn happy with!
Ashley’s got great taste in good recipes. This time was no different. Simple, quick and flavorful. The jalapeno may turn some people off to this dish, but it adds flavor more than spice. And ranch dressing compliments the little jalapeno kick nicely.
Now, I do opt for chicken cutlets over chicken breasts. And I couldn’t find the jalapeno cheddar chips like Ashley used. Actually I only found a couple types of jalapeno as it was. But they worked! I guess though my recipe was cheddar-less then and should instead be titled ‘Jalapeno Chip Crusted Chicken!’ No matter, head on over to Hem & Her to try this yummy recipe!
